Thank you for joining us for Pride on the Bay 2025! Your participation helps make this celebration vibrant and impactful for our entire community. Here's everything you need to know for a smooth and successful event day.
Your Event Day Essentials

Event Date & Time: Saturday, June 28th, 2025 from Noon - 5:00 PM

Location: Liberty Park, Erie, PA

Vendor Set-Up: Begins at 10:30 AM - Noon. All vehicles MUST be removed from the park no later than 11:30 AM.

Event Take-Down: Begins at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM, and all vendors must be broken down by 6:00 PM.

Vendor Entry: Entry will begin at 10:00 AM at the main (east) gate of Liberty Park. Look for our friendly team!

Accessible Parking: Accessible parking is available in the closest block of spaces to the main/east gate in the northeast corner of the lot. You MUST have a placard to access these spaces.

Space Assignment: Spaces are provided on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving early for your preferred location.

Check-In & Lanyards: You will be met by an NWPA Pride Board Member or volunteer who will provide you with a lanyard. This lanyard identifies you as a vendor and allows you to bypass the line for security if you need to leave and re-enter the park. Security may still wish to inspect bags and packages.

Need Assistance? NWPA Pride Board Members and volunteers will be wearing bright blue shirts with STAFF or VOLUNTEER on the back this year. Please don't hesitate to flag us down if you need any help or have questions throughout the day.

Your Space Includes: One 8-foot table rental, 2 chairs, and a 10' x 10' designated space. You are welcome to bring your own additional tables, chairs, tents, or displays, as long as all materials remain within your allocated 10' x 10' space.
Please note that NWPA Pride Alliance staff and volunteers are unable to assist with the loading, unloading, or setup of vendor merchandise and equipment. Please plan accordingly and bring any necessary assistance for your display.
Important Reminders

Payment Due: Please ensure your payment in full is received no later than June 20th, 2025.

Rain or Shine: Pride on the Bay is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be provided.

Prohibited Items: The promotion or distribution of fireworks, guns, knives, tobacco, alcohol, or any items that could be considered a nuisance, disruptive, or dangerous is strictly prohibited. For the safety of all patrons, no pets are permitted (service animals are allowed).

Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax.

Clean Space: All items must stay within your assigned area, which must be kept neat and clean throughout the event. Upon tear down, please return your space to the same or better condition than when you arrived, and dispose of your own trash.

Full Participation: Vendors must be present and participate for the full event duration (Noon - 5:00 PM).

Liability: Independent vendors agree to hold NWPA Pride Alliance, Inc. harmless and free of any liability for personal injury or personal property damage or loss.

Policy Adherence: Violation of these terms can result in being barred from future Pride Events. All vendors pay the standard fee, regardless of non-profit status.
