This year, the NWPA Pride Alliance is asking our community to do one thing: Make Waves.

Our 2026 theme is a call to action. It is about being loud, standing up for our rights, and taking up space across Northwest Pennsylvania. In a world that often asks us to be quiet or fade into the background, choosing to be unapologetically yourself is a powerful act of resistance.

You do not have to be the loudest person in the room to make an impact. Simply being visible makes waves. Whether you are marching in the streets, supporting local queer businesses, or living your truth quietly every day, your presence matters. Every little ripple can lead to a tidal wave of change.

We are bringing this energy to our entire 2026 season, from the Erie Pride Parade and Pride on the Bay to Meadville Pride on the Diamond and the Annual Pride Picnic.
