The NWPA Pride Alliance is gearing up for Pride on the Bay on Saturday, June 27, 2026. To provide the best possible experience at Liberty Park, the vendor registration process has been updated, and the first phase of applications is officially open.
New Phased Registration
To prioritize information and resources that support, benefit, and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, vendor registration is opening in three distinct phases this year:
- March 15 (Now Open): Information tables and resources geared toward the LGBTQIA+ community.
- April 15: Local queer artisans and vendors.
- May 15: All other vendors and organizations (if space remains available).
Key Changes for 2026
The layout at Liberty Park is changing this year. This creates a better experience for attendees but means there will be fewer vendor spaces available overall. Please review the following changes before applying:
- Bring Your Own Equipment: We will no longer provide tables or chairs. All vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and displays for their 10x10 foot space.
- Assigned Arrival Times: Because driving space in and out of the park is highly limited, vendors will receive a specifically assigned arrival time and space location prior to the event to make load-in as easy as possible. We will do our best to allow you ample time to set up.
- Standardized Pricing: All 10x10 spaces are $100, regardless of the type of business or non-profit organization. Food trucks are subject to a $150 rate.
- Firm Deadlines: We will maintain a waitlist for vendors. Full registration fees must be received by June 1st, or the spot will be forfeited. All vendors will be confirmed no later than June 15th.
Acceptance to be a vendor at Pride on the Bay is at the discretion of the NWPA Pride Alliance.
